It' is SO awesome that you went to a shelter & pet doggies that really need friends Gideon! I volunteer at my local shelter & the last time I went, a Boy Scout troop was there too. I don't know who had more fun - the Scouts or the happy animals that got lots & lots of attention. I'll keep my fingers crossed that Ralphie & Olive find their furever homes soon! :-)
Thanks a lot CJ. I hope Ralphie and Olive get a home too. Olive and Ralphie where super duper awesome. I really love Olive's little sweater. It is so cute :) Ralphie was AWESOME. He was so cute and playful. After we pet all the dogs we went in to the cat room. One cat was so fat it was really funny. Then when we left the cat room I went and pet the bunnies and guinea pigs. I loved all the animals!
I'm happy to hear that Ralphie & Olive are upbeat pups! I guarantee they loved meeting you & getting well deserved play time. Funny thing how spending time with the animals helps them & makes us feel good too. There was a family of bunnies at our shelter a month ago that were very cute. Luckily they all were adopted by one family & are living hoppily ever after. Please forgive me for the for the corny joke Gideon...I just couldn't help myself!
Thanks CJ. I can't pet the dogs at all because I have a mix of hand, foot and mouth disease and strep throat. RATS! There is a good thing about all of this. I got to stay home from school and I watched cartoons the whole time. :)
OK. Bad news? Being sick & that means no dog petting.
Good news? No school AND cartoons!
I really like how you found the silver lining in that dilemma Gideon. I guarantee that when you feel better, there will be plenty of pups just waiting to meet you & get their picture taken. Cross my heart!
Thanks, I got to watch cartoons for 4 days, but I have to go back to school on Monday. The good thing is that the only days of the week that I have school are Monday and Tuesday and the rest have no school for Thanksgiving break. :) Have a awesome Thanksgiving, CJ.
